Bayangannya adalah jalan sempit, angkot ngetem, dan macet parah yang dijuluki Jalur Neraka.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17\">Namun, di tahun 2026, narasi itu berubah total.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"18\">Sawangan kini bertransformasi menjadi <b data-path-to-node=\"18\" data-index-in-node=\"38\">The New Cibubur <\/b>versi Selatan. Sejak tersambung penuhnya Tol Depok-Antasari (Desari) dan Tol Cinere-Jagorawi (Cijago), kawasan ini menjadi buruan utama milenial yang bekerja di TB Simatupang dan SCBD.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"19\">Apakah Sawangan benar-benar sudah bebas macet? Dan apakah harga propertinya masih masuk akal?
